Mixing Babies And Business™ Community 🌏

Welcome to your new virtual village
Receive a monthly private podcast, rituals, quarterly virtual events and a year-round intimate experience.
Think of it as a year of digital surprises, hosted by an accidental-turned intentional activist (Amy Lynch) in your ear and inbox as a mentor, accompanied by other parents around the world, investing in in themselves alongside their loved ones.

Calling all parents who are:
Founders, freelancers, fractional consultants, business owners and people in leadership positions who are also parents (moms AND dads, parents-to-be welcome too!) who want to mix babies and business and meet other people doing entrepreneurship, flexible and remote work with kids – worldwide.
You may be setting out to build a startup, launch a small business, freelancing, working flexibly or simply looking to meet other like-minded parents interested in making progress on their professional goals while also living life with young kids.
It looks and feels like:
✨️ 1 x Virtual container and community where we can work together over 12 months
✨️ 12 x Private monthly podcast and online content delivered on the 25th of each month
✨️ 4 x Quarterly online meetups to reconnect with each other (Feb, May, Aug, Nov 2025)
✨️ Candid thoughts, feedback, practical and timely advice, out-of-the-ordinary ideas and prompts to help you explore different ways of living, working and being
✨️ All based on my lived experiences, accompanied by practical resources – not traditional business books written without parents in mind

This is for you if:
✅ You’re a parent of young kids (newborn to 16 years old)
✅ You’re comfortable collaborating within an online learning environment
✅ You’re seeking connection with other like-minded parents
✅ You’re open to embracing a new, more supportive way of being in business spaces and experiences in 2025
✅ You feel the ebbs and flows of work and life and want to work with them, not against them
✅ You understand everyone’s experience is unique and can empathize with others, creating a truly inclusive Mixing Babies And Business™ Community
Spend time with the ones you love, while investing in yourself.

A message from me (Amy):
I believe everyone deserves to design a life that works for them and their family. I’m a mum of three Irish-Canadian kids and started working remotely in 2014 to have more location freedom. I’ve worked in contract, flexible and remote roles spanning the business, technology, education, arts and creative industries, as both an employee and a freelance contractor.
When I became a parent in 2016, I began bringing my children into business settings and after getting frustrated by a lack of inclusive corporate spaces and programming for primary caregivers, started producing parent-friendly professional development events, digital resources and news.
Mixing Babies And Business™ is a social impact movement aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 5 Gender Equality and 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth.
It’s been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Recovery Projects in 2020 by Future of Good, a Startup Canada Community and Ecosystem Partner since 2021 and I’ve spoken on virtual, hybrid and in person stages (with and without my kids) over the years for CreativeMornings, Running Remote Conference, Impact Hub, Queen’s University, PARO Centre for Women’s Enterprise, Global Invest Her, Women’s Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub and Digital Main Street.
As always, thank you for reading, supporting this work and advocating for the needs of parents in business settings!
