Amy Lynch, Founder, Event + Podcast Host at Mixing Babies And Business™

I’m a parent of three kids under 10 years old, who’s done contract, flexible and remote roles over the past two decades across industries in four countries. I believe everyone deserves to design a life that works for them and their family.

In 2016, I became an accidental-turned intentional activist, when I began bringing my kids into business settings as a freelance remote worker. This later became advocacy, events, a newsletter, podcast, speaking gigs and a social impact movement: Mixing Babies And Business, aligned with the UN SDGs 5 and 8.

My flexible work movement has been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Recovery Projects in 2020 by Future of Good, a Startup Canada Community and Ecosystem Partner since 2021 and I’ve spoken on virtual, hybrid and in person stages (with and without my kids) over the years for CreativeMornings, Running Remote Conference, Impact Hub, Women’s Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub and Digital Main Street.

I’m excited to support you on your flexible and remote work with kids journey and can’t wait to learn more about you and your family! Learn more at: mixingbabiesandbusiness.com and get in touch if you’d like to work with me here: amymaureenlynch.com
